Community Guidelines

Sunwin is committed to building a civilized, friendly, and respectful player community. To maintain this positive environment, we have issued these Community Guidelines (hereinafter referred to as "Guidelines"), applicable to all users participating in Sunwin's community activities, including but not limited to: In-game chat, Forum comments, Interactions on Sunwin's official social media channels, etc. Adhering to these Guidelines will help ensure a safe, positive, and fair experience for all participants in the Sunwin community.

1. Respect and Courtesy

  • Respect others: Members must always treat others with respect, just as they wish to be treated themselves. The use of offensive, obscene, abusive, or threatening language is strictly prohibited. All forms of harassment or bullying, whether direct or indirect, are not accepted in the community.
  • Friendly and supportive: Members are encouraged to maintain a friendly attitude, welcome new players, and be ready to help if able. We share a common interest; therefore, treat each other as companions. In case of misunderstandings or disputes, involved parties should strive to resolve them amicably, through dialogue or by requesting administrator intervention.
  • Appropriate language: Members must use healthy and civilized language. Posting vulgar, pornographic, offensive, or inciting content is strictly prohibited. In public chat channels, abusing emojis or continuously sending meaningless messages (spam) is discouraged.

2. Non-Discrimination

  • Equality for all: There must be absolutely no discrimination or prejudice against any member based on race, skin color, nationality, gender, age, sexual orientation, religion, or any other personal characteristic. All forms of hate speech, ridicule, or stigma, in any form, are strictly prohibited.
  • Respect cultural diversity: Members need to recognize that the Sunwin community includes players from many different cultures. Therefore, everyone needs to keep an open mind and respect cultural diversity. Any speech or behavior that could be considered culturally or religiously offensive to others must be absolutely avoided.

3. Prohibited Conduct and Content

  • No advertising & spam: Sunwin's community channels must not be used to advertise other services or insert unrelated external links, especially betting links of competitors or unauthorized affiliate links. All acts of spamming messages, or repeating the same content to annoy others are strictly prohibited.
  • No promotion of illegal activities: The Sunwin community does not allow any content that violates applicable laws. Discussing or sharing methods to commit crimes, using banned substances, or participating in extreme violent acts are prohibited. Additionally, buying/selling accounts, unauthorized virtual currency transactions, or money laundering activities through the platform are strictly prohibited.
  • No sensitive and unauthorized content: Members must not post pornographic materials, obscene images or videos, or explicit sexual content, especially content related to minors (these cases will be reported immediately to the authorities). Sharing copyrighted content, cheating software/hacks, or any harmful content (such as viruses, malware) is also completely prohibited.
  • No impersonation: Any act of impersonating Sunwin staff, administrators, or any other individual/organization is strictly prohibited. These acts can cause confusion and be used to scam other players. Official Sunwin personnel always have specific identification labels (e.g., [Admin], [Mod]). If an individual without this label claims to be a staff member, members need to be vigilant and report it to us immediately.
  • Personal information security: To ensure your own safety, do not share sensitive personal information (such as home address, phone number, ID number, bank information...) on public community channels. We also strictly prohibit requesting or collecting personal information of others. If someone asks you for sensitive information, refuse and report it. Official Sunwin staff will never ask for passwords or one-time passwords (OTP).

4. Code of Conduct in Chat / Forums

  • On-topic: When participating in discussions in a topic (on forums or chat groups), members need to try to keep the content relevant to the original topic. Avoid abruptly changing the direction of the conversation or spamming unrelated content. If you want to discuss another topic, members should create a new post or switch to a suitable chat room.
  • Language use: English is the common language of the community. Members are encouraged to use English when communicating with international players on general channels, to ensure understanding and connection between members from many different countries.
  • Avoid public conflict: Personal conflicts with other players should not be resolved by arguing or insulting each other on public channels. These behaviors negatively affect the general atmosphere of the community. Parties can switch to private exchange (if appropriate) or request administrator support for civilized and fair mediation.

5. Responsibility and Consequences

  • Comply with Administrator instructions: Sunwin maintains a team of administrators and moderators to monitor and support the community. In case an administrator requests a member to adjust behavior (e.g., stop spamming, change expression, keep appropriate attitude), the member is required to respect and comply. The purpose of the administrator is to maintain order and a healthy environment, not to make things difficult or harass players.
  • Report violations: Every member has a responsibility to contribute to protecting and maintaining the community. If any behavior violating these Community Guidelines is detected, members should use the "Report" function provided next to the violating content or notify the administrator directly. Please do not hesitate — all reports will be handled quickly and confidentially. We appreciate the community's cooperation in detecting and handling issues promptly.

Consequences of violation: Depending on the severity of the violation, Sunwin may apply the following measures:

  • Private warning: For minor or first-time violations (e.g., unintentional spam, slightly impolite language), the administrator will send a private message to remind and request the member to adjust behavior.
  • Removal of violating content: Posts or comments violating regulations (such as hate speech, unauthorized advertising, etc.) will be removed from the platform. In clear violation cases, members may not be notified in advance about the removal of content.
  • Temporary restriction of chat/comment rights: If a member continues to violate or commits a serious violation, Sunwin reserves the right to temporarily revoke community participation rights, such as a 24-hour chat ban, 7-day ban, etc. During this time, the member can still play games but is not allowed to interact with other players.
  • Account termination: In particularly serious cases or repeated violations (e.g., severe harassment, public discrimination, revealing others' personal information, cheating...), Sunwin reserves the right to permanently terminate the member's account. This is a last resort, which we always wish to avoid applying; however, the safety and health of the community are always placed above the interests of any individual who deliberately causes trouble.

Management's decision is final: In all violation handling cases, the decision of the Sunwin Management Board / Customer Care Department will be final. We always try to handle fairly and consider circumstances, but will not engage in public debate about disciplinary decisions. If a member does not clearly understand or disagrees with the decision, please contact the Customer Care Department directly for explanation, instead of disrupting the community. Members can also refer to the Complaints Policy for more information on the complaint process and escalation if still unsatisfied with the result.

6. Content Provided by Sunwin

On community channels, besides interaction between players, Sunwin also provides official content such as: user guides, update announcements, community mini-games, etc. All official content released by Sunwin is copyrighted by Sunwin. Members are allowed to share this content, but must clearly state the source, and must not edit, cut, or distort the original content. Additionally, Sunwin's content must not be used for personal gain, such as copying Sunwin's instructions to post on a personal page to promote another service or platform. We welcome members finding content useful and sharing it widely in the community, but intellectual property rights must always be respected.

7. Changes and Updates

These Community Guidelines may be updated periodically to suit the actual situation and the development of the platform. Sunwin will notify members of important changes. However, each member is responsible for proactively monitoring and reviewing these regulations periodically. Your contributions help the community get better — if you have constructive suggestions or feedback regarding these rules, please send them to us. Sunwin always listens and seriously considers all positive contributions from the community.
