1. Legal Status and Acceptance
This Legal Notice (the “Notice”) constitutes a legally binding document governing your access to and use of the services provided through this website (the “Platform”).

4. Scope of Services

Users acknowledge and consent to such processing as a condition of using the Services.
10. Contractual Framework
This Notice forms part of a broader contractual framework, including but not limited to:
- Terms of Use;

- AML & Compliance Policy.
In the event of inconsistency, the Terms of Use shall prevail unless otherwise required by law.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:

Users may submit complaints through official support channels, and the Operator shall:

- investigate the matter; and
